Just So — Privacy Policy

Just So is a camera app that helps you compose food and portrait photos. This page explains what happens to your data when you use it.
The short version
There are no accounts, ads or analytics. We don't run our own servers, and we don't sell or share your data. The only thing that leaves your phone is a food photo you take, which is sent to Google's Gemini model to plan the layout. If you choose to help improve the app, we also keep an anonymous copy of that photo and its analysis; this is off unless you turn it on.
Camera
The app uses your camera to show the viewfinder and the composition guides. The live camera feed stays on your device.
Food photos
When you take a photo in Food mode, a resized copy of it is sent over an encrypted connection to Google's Gemini model through Firebase AI Logic. Gemini identifies the dishes and suggests where to place them. We don't receive or keep a copy of the photo. Google processes it on our behalf as a service provider, under the Firebase privacy terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
Helping improve the app (optional)
Under a layout suggestion you can rate it. The first time you do, the app asks whether you want to share anonymous data with us to make the detection and layout advice better. Only if you agree, each Food mode analysis is uploaded to our Firebase Storage: the resized photo, what the model found, the layout the app suggested, your rating, whether you followed the suggestion, the photo you took afterwards, and the app and system version. Nothing from Portrait mode is ever uploaded. The data carries a random identifier for this installation of the app, not an account, your name or your location, and we don't try to identify you. We use it to review and improve the app and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can turn sharing off at any time from the info button next to the rating; earlier uploads can be deleted on request by email.
Portraits
Portrait mode finds the person in the frame on your device, using Google ML Kit. Portrait photos and camera frames never leave your device.
Your photo library
With your permission, the photos you take are saved to your device's photo library. The app doesn't upload them anywhere. Sharing only happens when you tap Share and choose where to send a photo.
Protecting the service
To make sure requests come from the genuine app, the app uses Firebase App Check with Play Integrity on Android and App Attest on iOS. This sends an integrity token, not your photos or personal information.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.

重點
沒有帳號、沒有廣告，也沒有分析追蹤。我們沒有自己的伺服器，不會出售或分享你的資料。唯一會離開手機的，是你在美食模式拍的照片：它會送到 Google 的 Gemini 模型分析擺法。如果你選擇幫忙改進 App，我們會另外保存這張照片和分析結果的匿名副本；這個功能預設是關的。
相機
App 用相機顯示取景畫面和構圖模板，即時畫面只留在你的手機上。
美食照片
你在美食模式拍照時，縮小後的照片會透過加密連線，經由 Firebase AI Logic 送到 Google 的 Gemini 模型，辨識桌上的菜並建議擺法。我們不會收到也不會保存這張照片。Google 以服務供應商的身分代我們處理，適用 Firebase 隱私權條款和 Google 隱私權政策。
幫忙改進 App（可選）
擺法建議下面可以評價這個建議好不好。第一次評價時，App 會問你要不要匿名分享資料給我們，用來改進辨識和擺位建議。只有在你同意之後，每次美食模式的分析才會上傳到我們的 Firebase Storage：縮小後的照片、模型看到的東西、App 建議的擺法、你的評價、有沒有照著擺、之後拍的成品照，以及 App 和系統版本。人像模式的任何內容都不會上傳。這些資料只帶著這次安裝的隨機代號，沒有帳號、姓名或位置，我們也不會嘗試辨識你是誰。我們用它來檢視和改進 App，不再需要時就刪除。你隨時可以從評價旁邊的資訊按鈕關掉分享；之前上傳的資料可以來信要求刪除。
人像
人像模式用 Google ML Kit 在手機上判斷人的位置，人像照片和相機畫面都不會離開你的手機。
你的相簿
經你同意後，拍好的照片會存進手機的相簿，App 不會把它們上傳到任何地方。只有你按「分享」並選擇對象時，照片才會被分享出去。
防止濫用
為了確認請求來自正版 App，App 使用 Firebase App Check：Android 上是 Play Integrity，iOS 上是 App Attest。送出的是驗證用的權杖，不包含你的照片或個人資料。
兒童
本 App 不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。

요약

앱 개선 참여(선택)
배치 제안 아래에서 제안이 도움이 됐는지 평가할 수 있습니다. 처음 평가할 때 앱은 인식과 배치 제안을 개선하기 위해 익명 데이터를 저희와 공유할지 묻습니다. 동의한 경우에만 음식 모드의 분석이 매번 저희 Firebase Storage에 업로드됩니다. 업로드되는 내용은 크기를 줄인 사진, 모델이 찾은 내용, 앱이 제안한 배치, 사용자의 평가, 제안대로 배치했는지 여부, 이후에 찍은 사진, 앱과 시스템 버전입니다. 인물 모드의 내용은 절대 업로드되지 않습니다. 이 데이터에는 계정, 이름, 위치가 아닌 이 앱 설치에 대한 임의의 식별자만 포함되며, 저희는 사용자를 식별하려고 하지 않습니다. 이 데이터는 앱을 검토하고 개선하는 데 사용하며, 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 평가 옆의 정보 버튼에서 언제든지 공유를 끌 수 있으며, 이전에 업로드된 데이터는 이메일로 요청하면 삭제해 드립니다.
인물 사진
인물 모드는 Google ML Kit를 사용해 기기 안에서 화면 속 사람을 찾습니다. 인물 사진과 카메라 화면은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
사진 보관함
사용자가 허용하면 찍은 사진이 기기의 사진 보관함에 저장됩니다. 앱은 이 사진을 어디에도 업로드하지 않습니다. 사진은 사용자가 공유 버튼을 누르고 보낼 곳을 선택했을 때만 공유됩니다.
서비스 보호
요청이 정품 앱에서 온 것인지 확인하기 위해 앱은 Firebase App Check를 사용합니다. Android에서는 Play Integrity, iOS에서는 App Attest를 사용합니다. 이때 전송되는 것은 무결성 확인용 토큰이며, 사진이나 개인정보는 포함되지 않습니다.
아동
이 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
